Message from Chef Lauren:

This week we are making the most of the last of summer produce and the start of the fall fruits and vegetables. We are featuring beautiful summer organic strawberries in this week’s salad and then venturing into fall’s butternut squash with our enchiladas.

I am doing a cooking demo and sampling our meals at the Orchard Nursery Fall Harvest in Lafayette on Sat. Oct. 20th from 11 am -3pm. Hope to see you there!
