I am so thrilled to announce we are finally ready to go back to our pre-covid meal amount of 10 Planted Table lunches and dinners a week. Now under the category of “This Week’s Meals” you will see 10 delicious plant-based meal options every week. Each dish is unique and will feature the flavors of the season. The best way to try each meal is to sign up for our “10 Meals a Week” plan for $150. That’s our best value at only $15 a meal.
Fall is my favorite time to be a chef. I get to feature some of my best recipes to showcase the delicious local, organic produce of the season. Over the next few months, be on the look-out for classic fall dishes, with a plant-based twist. Remember, half of our meals are freezer friendly, so you can always freeze and eat at a later date.

Butternut Squash Marinara Lasagna with Tofu Ricotta Cheese, Sauteed Spinach with Layers of Butternut Squash -Chef’s Favorite Lasagna. Made in-house this dish is a true labor of love, but totally worth it.
New Orleans Muffeletta Sandwich with Homemade Tapenade, Smokey Tempeh Slices, Pepperoncini, Roasted Red Bell Pepper, Roasted Summer Squash, Artichoke Hearts and Arugula
