Here are a few highlights from next week’s menu:
Bahn Mi Sandwiches are back! Our best-selling and most popular sandwich combines the perfect combination of tangy and sweet. Instead of the traditional meat filling, we fill ours with zesty, marinated tofu. Pickled veggies and cilantro round out the flavors.
Red Lentil Dal Curry with Basmati Rice: Super delicious and super healthy, we think this is a perfect plant-based dinner. Lentils are mini legumes. They are a good source of protein, fiber and minerals. Red lentils have a creamy melt in the mouth texture that we love to cook with. We hope you enjoy next week’s menu.
