Summer melts into fall with a celebration party of tomato, corn, stone fruit, peppers, eggplant and squash that feels like it will last all year. My job as a chef is to keep showcasing their ripeness and full flavor in our Planted Table meals as much as we can before we say goodbye for the season.
Planted Table has so many exciting things coming up these next few months. This weekend we are catering a wedding for wonderful customers on the USS Potomac around the bay, in September we will be offering more events and pop ups at our Jack London Square space. We have been nominated for the Green America’s People & Planet Award and more information on how to vote for us will be coming soon. Also, WordPress software has decided that Planted Table is a “game changer” company using their software and will be filming a video about us to share around the world.
