Hello! A friendly reminder that we are taking our last break until December the week of August 7th. All meal plan members will be on hold August 7th and no deliveries or bag pick ups will take place. Our next break after August 7th is the week of December 4th. Also, Planted Table will be offering complete Thanksgiving Dinners this year so all you have to do is heat and enjoy on Thanksgiving Day.
This week would be the perfect time to add a freezer pack or a few more meals to your order to cover for next week when we are closed. Time to stock up.
We have another important announcement: We need to move the cut off time to skip, modify or confirm your order from Saturday night to Friday night. As we grow, we need more time to prepare labels, containers and get ready for the week. Having everything confirmed one day earlier will give us an extra day to ensure things run smoothly once we start cooking. You will receive a text with the new menu and a link to your order form Thursday at 5pm and you have until Friday at midnight to modify or skip your order. If you do nothing, you will be billed on Saturday morning. This week we had a large number of people miss the deadline and request refunds or changes after payments had already gone through. We understand things happen, but it is really difficult and time consuming on our end to make any changes once we have our final numbers figured out and have already printed labels and prepared containers. We really appreciate your help making any changes before end of day Friday.
