Message from Chef Lauren:

As we look forward to the locally-grown summer harvest, it’s time to officially say goodbye to some of the staples you have seen on our menu the past few months like local citrus, asparagus and artichokes. The good news is that it’s time to put Brentwood beans, corn and squash on the menu. In the fruit department, it’s a great time of year for apricots, plums (pluots) and blackberries. All grown locally and bursting with flavor. You can find all of those organic fruits in our fruit jar right now.
