Message from Chef Lauren:

I am thrilled to announce the launch of something Megan and I have been talking about for a long time now, Planted Table Grocery. Now on your order form, you will see a category called “Planted Table Grocery“. (Disposable meal plan members will not see this category).

With the Pandemic making it more and more difficult to find plastic-free household items, and closing many bulk bin, zero-waste shopping opportunities, we want to use our service to make some of these grocery items available in pint or quart size jars.

Every week, we will be adding new items to this category.
To start, our first item will be organic, pre-marinaded, cubed tofu in BBQ or Teriyaki flavor.

It’s a Pint size jar (16 oz) of Perfectly cubed organic, firm tofu marinated in organic BBQ or Teriyaki Sauce. Ready to cook up and eat. Great for salads, toppings, sandwiches and more. Cook in oven or air fryer. Excellent source of protein. Organic tofu from Hodo Soy made in Oakland. Keep in fridge with lid on jar. Last for 7 days in fridge.

We plan to add dry goods, fruits, baking ingredients and much more. We would love your suggestions too!

Highlights from next week’s menu May 5th: 

Black bean Sauce lettuce cups with ground black bean sauce mushroom/walnut “meat” , rice noodles, cucumbers, carrots, bell pepper, green onion, lime and romaine lettuce cups –
Serve cold, fill lettuce cups with veggies and serve 
Contains soy , contains grain, gluten free, oil free

New Dessert: 

For a limited time only: Blackberry, blueberry and citrus cake with butter cream frosting.  Freezer Friendly. Ready to eat, just defrost. Soy free.
