I can’t believe we are already in the middle of May it feels like Summer is so close once we see our first Cherries come into season. I wanted to celebrate my favorite fruit with a wonderful Arugula and Cherry Salad balancing our the peppery arugula with the sweet cherries and balsamic dressing.
We cannot get enough strawberries in the Planted Table kitchen so we are featuring a very limited amount of Strawberry Cheesecakes Jars we only have a certain amount made so buy them while we have them.
I hope you enjoy our menu inspired by global food from all over the world with a Californian Plant-Based twist.
