I hope everyone is enjoying Spring with our hot days and green hills. All that rain really paid off to this beautiful Bay Area we are surrounded by. We wanted to showcase some wonderful meals to enjoy in this warm spring weather. This week we are featuring a Lemon Mint and Pea Soup that could be served chilled or warm.
I hope Planted Table Customers love Asparagus as much as I do because we will be featuring this amazing special spring treat all spring long. I am having so much fun making plant-based version of classic cheeses and this week we will be creating a brie wheel perfect with French baguette and fresh strawberries as a snack.
