In an effort to help you stay home and stay safe, we want to provide you with additional items in your meal plan to make our current state of affairs a little more enjoyable and wine and coffee are two of our favorite pastimes.
We have vetted the wines we are offering to ensure that they align with our values or organic, vegan and eco friendly offerings.
Planted Table has teamed up with Evolve Wines to offer you wines that are better for you, better for the environment and better for the community. We not only focus on delicious wines selected by our panel of sommeliers, but choose wines that are better for our environment. Each wine has a low carbon footprint in the production and transportation. We minimize the journey from the vineyard to your door. The wines are farmed without pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. There is no use of commercial or GMO yeasts during winemaking. The wines are produced with minimal sulfur, reducing any additives used in the winemaking and bottling process to an absolute minimum. We are offering five different varietals and can’t wait for you to try them.

Food Safety and Coronavirus: A Comprehensive Guide
This article has been one of the best resources we have seen in regards to food safety and the Corona Virus. We thought you might enjoy reading it also. We are implementing strict sanitizing policies to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. To sanitize our dishes we use a commercial kitchen dishwasher called Auto-Chlor. We have it serviced weekly to ensure the detergents are always filled and the machine is operating properly. We use an Xpress Disinfectant Detergent that is effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria, is virucidal* (including COVID-19, HIV-1, HBV and HCV) and inhibits the growth of mold and mildew and their odors. Our Auto-Chlor dishwasher. Our High Temp Dishwasher washes the dishware at 160 degrees and rinses it at 180 degrees Fahrenheit, sanitizing through the sheer heat of the water.
Our staff is wearing complete protective garments and sanitizing every bag thoroughly. Our drivers are wearing gloves to handle the bags and we are limiting contact with all vendors, so only Planted Table employees can enter our kitchen. We will keep you updated on our efforts weekly and appreciate your support.
Lastly, we are doing our best to use our glass containers and keep business as usual, but our jar vendor has closed and we are not able to order new containers, so we may need to use disposable containers periodically until we can re-stock. We appreciate your understanding with this.
Reminder: Please do not touch your water bottles. Just leave them in your bag for us to collect. Please put lids back on all containers. With out lids on, the glassware chips on the edge and can not be used. It’s very important to have the lids placed on the containers. Thank you!
