It’s official! Its Spring! This week we are featuring Spring Asparagus Salad that is being picked for us this weekend from Durst Family Farms in Capay Valley. We have had this Asparagus reserved waiting for it to be picked at its most ripe and I can’t think of a better way to enjoy it then with organic Monterey Strawberries and Lucero Strawberry White Balsamic. Happy Spring to Planted Table Customers!
Thinking of entertaining during Easter or Passover or just looking to celebrate all that is SPRING? Don’t miss our Spring Celebration Dinner on your order form this week. This meal will be delivered on Wed. April 17th to be enjoyed by Sunday, April 21st. It’s everything you need for a plant-based feast that celebrates the flavors of Spring.
