Message from Chef Lauren:

We have been waiting all winter long and Spring produce is finally here! Some of my favorite of all time vegetables grown right in our backyard from local farms like Asparagus from Durst Organic Growers in Woodland, Artichokes from Knoll Organic Farms in Brentwood and King Richard Leeks from Terra Firma Farms in Winters. In the next few weeks we will be showcasing more produce popping up from the farms like peas, unripe green tomatoes, strawberries and fava beans. Since we are in early spring we still have some late winter produce like cabbage, romanesco and cauliflower, Kohlrabi and winter greens.
