As we peek into spring right around the corner, we have peas, asparagus, fava and artichokes finally ready at the farms and we are so excited to showcase them this week.
I love how eating Plant-Based we don’t miss out of some of my favorite family traditions.
For St. Patrick’s Day my family and I drink Black and Tans, eat Corned Jackfruit and Cabbage and watch the Quiet Man. I have created the perfect entertaining Menu so you can have your own Plant-Based Irish dinner for 4-6 people next weekend and celebrate your own Luck of the Irish at your home.
