Menu For Week of 2/6/19

As we are looking into the first week of February we are in peak Citrus season and this week we wanted to celebrate the California Blood Orange. This orange is high in antioxidants and the maroon sweet orange develops in color and flavor during the cold winter nights.
For the whole month of February our Chocolate Mousse will be Blood Orange Chocolate Mousse which was the original recipe that I created years ago. The dessert will feature house made dehydrated blood oranges, orange zest and Lucero Orange Olive Oil made with silken tofu.
