It’s not every day I get giddy with excitement over a new kitchen gadget, but I have to share my favorite new kitchen toy that has made my plant-based, zero-waste dreams come true. This has been a game changer for my family. Originally created by funding from a kickstarter campaign, Almond Cow allows us to make the most delicious plant-based milks with no clean up, no packaging and I get to control all the ingredients going in. It’s like a magic milk machine. I love experimenting with different flavors. So far I’ve tried cashew milk, almond and oat milk. I’ve added lavender and use the milks in our cereals, coffee and smoothies. I love not having to purchase plant based milks any more and not having to deal with the mess I used to make when making my own. I asked Almond Cow for a discount code so I could share it with you.
