We are celebrating the flavors of Mardi Gras this week with our version of my favorite New Orleans Sandwich, the Muffuletta. Here’s a peak at next week’s menu:
Mardi Gras New Muffuletta Sandwich with Homemade Tapenade, Smokey Tofu Slices, Pepperoncini, Roasted Red Bell Pepper, Smoked Cheddar Slices, Artichoke Hearts and Spinach and Basil on a French Round Loaf.
BBQ Ranch Salad. It combines your favorite BBQ flavors with smoky roasted sweet potatoes, pickled red onion, rainbow carrot ribbons, barbecue tofu, watermelon radish, herb focaccia croutons, red cabbage ribbons, romaine lettuce
Classic Stuffed Shells: Ricotta and Basil Stuffed Jumbo Shells with Marinara with sautéed zucchini, onions and butternut squash. A comfort food classic that’s great for feeding a crowd!
Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Stuffed Portobello Mushroom with Herb and Garlic Panko Topping served with Roasted Garlic Fingerling Potatoes and Roasted King Richard Leeks.
