Message from Chef Lauren:

Only one more menu for the 2021 year! A reminder that we are closed December 29th and January 5th, so this is a great time to stock up on freezer meals and soups.  Here are some of the highlights from next week’s menu:

Vegan Winter Spice Salad

We love a good holiday salad to balance out some heavier dishes. This one features our favorite holiday produce, always organic. Winter Spice Salad with Candied Pecans, Pomegranate Seeds, Feta Cheese Crumbles, Crunchy Quinoa, Roasted Apples, Sliced Dates and Artisan Lettuce with a Winter Spice Dressing.

Vegan Navidad Verde Pozole Soup

Navidad Verde Pozole Soup with Hominy, Oyster Mushrooms and Carrots. A traditional and authentic Mexican dish made by our Sous Chef Yessy to share the traditions of her culture with our Planted Table members.

Vegan Wellington with In House Made Pate

Wellington with In House Made Pate, Caramelized Onion, Roasted Herb Portabello Mushroom. The Ultimate Vegan Wellington. We’ve taken these classic British dish traditionally made with beef and veganized it with our house-made pate and buttery puff pastry.

Vegan Spice Kits

Spice Kits.  Shop local this holiday season with our chef-created spice kits. Sets of 12 or 17 4-oz glass jars in a beautiful gift bag. Perfect gifts for teachers, housewarming, newlyweds, holidays and more. Organic and fresh spices all hand selected by Chef Lauren.
