Message from Chef Lauren:

Each week we get to showcase a Lucero Olive Oil and Balsamic in our cooking that week. We have a special treat of receiving the olio nuevo for the season in our kitchen. Olio nuevo is the freshly pressed, green, grassy and bold olive oil. The olives were on the tree just moments ago. It brings the most amazing flavor to our dressings, soups and sauces and cooking. We are so excited to showcase in our dressing next week along with Lucero’s Winter Spice Balsamic that has Cinnamon, clove, cardamom, and orange.
We hope everyone has an amazing Holiday Season and we look forward to celebrating with you in the New Year at our 1 year anniversary celebration.
