Message from Chef Lauren:

Only two more menus for the 2021 year! A reminder that we are closed December 29th and January 5th, so this is a great time to stock up on freezer meals and soups. This week we are offering our final lasagna of the year. I love keeping a family size lasagna in my freezer at all times for when unexpected dinner guests come by. I always have a hearty, crowd-pleasing meal on hand. Here are some of the highlights from next week’s menu:

Vegan Caesar Red Lettuce and Chicory Salad

Vegan Bahn Mi Sandwich

Our final Bahn Mi Sandwich of 2021 is available next week. This is by-far, our post popular sandwich of the year.

Vegan Tempeh Bolognese Lasagna

Tempeh Bolognese lasagna with tofu ricotta, sautéed  broccoli rabe and caramelized onions with a rich tomato Bolognese.
