Changes to Planted Table Meal Plan Subscriptions
Hi PT members! We want to thank you so much for taking the time to answer our survey a few weeks ago about your preferences for ordering your meals. An overwhelming 80% of you said you would like the desire to choose your meals every week. We greatly appreciate your feedback and want to create a service that meets your needs so we are thrilled to announce that we are revamping our meal plans so you can now choose meals starting the week of 11/27. We appreciate your patience as we make this transition. We are working to make it as smooth as possible, but with any change, there will probably be some bumps in the road.
What you need to know:
The new cutoff date for meal plans will be bumped up by 2 days from Friday to Wednesday. We hope you look at Wednesday as your PT day. The day you receive your meal plan and lock in your order for the following week. The new menu will be made live Monday of every week for the following Wed. Then on Tuesday you will receive a text asking you to confirm your meal plan for the following week and Wed. you will get one more reminder text. Then you will be charged Thursday morning for your following weeks meal plan. As always, if you do nothing, you will be charged for the meal plan you subscribe to. THIS MEANS YOU MUST SKIP OR PAUSE YOUR MEALS A FULL WEEK BEFORE IF YOU DON’T WANT MEALS THE FOLLOWING WED.
You DO NOT have to pick your meals. We know many of you like not having to worry about picking meals and many don’t look at the menu. If you do nothing, your cart will automatically fill with your meal plan and you will be charged and receive your meals.
The new plans are as follows:
- 6 meals per week ($18 per meal)
- 8 meals per week ($16 per meal)
- 10 meals per week ($15 per meal)
- 14 meals per week ($14 per meal)
- 18 meals per week ($13 per meal)
- 22 meals per week ($12 per meal)
- A la carte plan (price varies)
- Kids meal plan ($9 per meal)
We will be adding you to the meal plan that is closest to what you currently receive and will round down to the closest plan.
Example: 3 day 2 person plan would be put on the 10 meal per week plan. YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ANY TIME. All you have to do is log into your account and change your subscription.
You can order as many meals as you want, but you can not order less than the subscription you signed up for. A 6 meal subscription must order a min. Of 6 meals.
This Monday we will change your meal plan over to the new subscription and these changes will start with the 11/27 meal plan. WE ARE CLOSED THE WEEK OF 12/4.
EXCLUSIONS: We have added 2 dietary preferences to your account page: Soy Free or Gluten Free. We have gone in and tried to update this for all of you that are currently GF or SF. If you choose not to pick your meals every week, you will automatically receive meals that do not contain these ingredients. If you choose to pick your meals, you will notice within the product page for each eligible meal, you can select a Gluten Free or Grain Free substitution. Example: 1 Regular lasagna can have the option of switching out noodles for GF noodles or switching out noodles for Spaghetti squash. So you can customize each dish to your liking. You can also make every dish a family size to serve 4-6. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CREATE CUSTOM MEALS FOR OTHER EXCLUSIONS BESIDES GF AND SF. We will list the major ingredients for each meal in the description and if there is an ingredient you do not like, you can choose not to select that meal.
Customizing each meal:Some dishes will have the option to be customized. Every meal can be made family size to serve 4-6 people by selecting that option. Many meals can be made Grain or Gluten Free. Click in each dish to see how it can be customized.
GRAIN FREE MEAL PLAN: there will no longer be a grain free meal plan. That would fall under the “8 Meals” meal plan and from there you would customize your meals to select the grain free option.
Add ons will still operate the same. They are not automatically added. You have to select them each week.
