Message from Chef Lauren:

Fajitas with refried black beans, sour cream and pico de Gallo with flour tortillas. Packed with protein and nutritious vegetables, this healthy dish will remind of your favorite Mexican restaurant with out the grease and animal products. Fajita night is a favorite in my house and we hope you love this recipe.
