This week we are thrilled to introduce a yummy new item on our order form…our own Planted Table 100% CA Extra Virgin Olive Oil!
Before starting Planted Table, I served as the culinary advisor for the We Olive Store Franchise. In my extensive training on olive oil, I grew to have extremely high standards when it comes to using olive oil in my recipes. It has always been a dream to be able to create an olive oil that meets my standards so I could put the Planted Table name on it.
Clean on the palette, with a very clear finish makes this a great overall to use for everyday cooking, yet full enough to be used instead of butter. This 8.4 oz bottle contains freshly made California virgin olive oil.
This custom olive oil is made in small batches from small, family-owned farms in Northern CA. This 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cold pressed and California Olive Oil Council certified. We find it rich, flavorful, and completely addictive.
Along with Olive Oil, we have also created a delicious bread dipping sauce that pairs perfectly with our fresh baked breads. Basil and Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is paired with Classic Balsamic Vinegar and our own special blend of herbs, a dose of garlic, a squeeze of lemon, and a pinch of red pepper and sea salt.
