We’re back! We hope you enjoyed your Holiday. New Year’s is about starting a new and focusing on good habits and healthy lifestyle. Planted Table is proud to over all year long our customers flavorful, organic food providing high nutrition and flavor. Each of our three day dinners celebrates good luck for the new year with global inspirations for the year ahead. Black Eyed Peas in Southern cuisine good luck of food in times of hunger, lentils in Italian were thought to resemble roman coins and bring property and soba noodles in the Japanese culture eat the long noodles to represent long life. Winter produce has such bright and bold flavors of citrus, deep colored leafy greens and purple chicory, cruciferous vegetables, hearty grains and rich root vegetables these are power foods of winter produce. This is natures own way of getting us off on the right start for the new year. We are excited to eat seasonal, organic and plant-based for the New Year and all year long.
