At Planted Table we wanted to start the new year with balance and nutrition, packing antioxidant filled vegetables into every bite. Let’s ring in 2020 with a heart healthy menu. Half of the menu this week features oil-free meals, to have you feeling extra light after the heavy meals from the holidays. And when your ready for plant-based comfort food, we have chowder, burgers, gumbo and new desserts.
