Message from Chef Lauren:

This week, we have added some customer favorites back to the order form. You will find our classic Non Tuna Salad and Waldorf salad under the category of “Sauces, Salads and Snacks”. We have also heard your request to bring back the chocolate chip cookies, and we are working on perfecting a new recipe. You should see those on the order form soon. Here are some highlights from next week’s menu:

Vegan Crisp Ranch Salad with Buffalo Tofu

This salad taste indulgent, but is made with healthy vegan ingredients! Crisp Ranch Salad with Buffalo Tofu, Celery, Julienne Carrots, Red Cabbage and Romaine with Tangy In House Buttermilk Ranch, Everything Bagel Croutons and Green Onions.

Vegan Gnocchi with Lemon Caper Cream Sauce.

The buttery lemon-caper sauce compliments the gnocchi perfectly. Gnocchi with Lemon Caper Cream Sauce, Sautéed Mushrooms, Sautéed Red Bell Pepper and Zucchini.

Vegan Chocolate Mint Cream Pie

New Dessert Alert! Chocolate Mint Cream Pie with Chocolate mint cookie crust and mint chocolate candy.
